Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reputasi, kualitas layanan, persepsi risiko terhadap sikap pengguna dan dampaknya terhadap niat menggunakan kembali pada aplikasi e-business Traveloka. Pada penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online melalui google form. Sampel yang terdiri dari 100 responden telah dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap, persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap, sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan kembali. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reputation, service quality, risk perception on user attitudes and their impact on intention to use the Traveloka e-business application. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire that was shared online via Google form. A sample of 100 respondents was collected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The results showed that reputation had no effect on attitudes, service quality had a positive and significant effect on attitudes, perceived risk had no effect on attitudes, attitudes had a positive and significant effect on reusing intention.
