Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Karya Intertek Kencana. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Hasil uji validits dan uji reliabilitas menunjukkan data yang digunakan adalah valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi (X1) positif signifikan, variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X2) positif signifikan, dan disiplin kerja (X3) positif signifikan. ABSTRAK The aims of this research is to study the Motivation, Leadership Style, and Work Discipline for the Employee Performance in PT. Karya Intertek Kencana. The sample in this study was 100 respondents experiments. Validity and reliability test result show the data used is valid and reliable. Based on the regression result show that the variable of motivation (X1) is significantly positive, the variable of the leadership style (X2) is significantly positive, and the variable of the work discipine (X3) is significantly positive.
