Abstract

Gudang merupakan suatu penunjang atau area yang sangat penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Pada perusahaan PT x tata letak nya belom teratur atau tertata dengan baik. Permasalahan langsung dalam tata letak PT X sering sekali pda overload nya kapasitas dan penataan jarak agar saat pengambilan unit atau saat pengecekan unit lebih mudah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapasitas sepeda motor dan membuat desain layout yang mudah untuk mengambil atau saat konsumen ingin melihat langsung sepeda motor di gudang. Data yang digunakan ialah data primer dan sekunder yang daimbil pada perusahaan PT. X. alat analisis yang digunakan untuk mendesain ulang layout pada PT. X yaitu volume parker, kapasitas parker, jarak anatr satu slot dengan slot lain, dan metode yang digunakan pada penilitian ini yaitu metode Dedicated Storage. Dengan metode ini diperoleh hasil dalam gudang mempunyai kapasitas 6 slot dan setiap slot di isi dengan 20 unit, penataan sepeda motor dalam slot pun di hitung kapasitas unit yang ada dalam gudang agar semuanya tidak mengalami overload. dalam penelitian ini kapsitas unit setiap unit di hitung dari rata rata penjualan unit. Abstract Warehouse is a support or area that is very important in a company. In the PT X company, the layout has not been organized or well organized. Direct problems in the layout of PT X often overload capacity and spacing so that when taking units or checking units easier. This research aims to determine the capacity of the motorcycle and make a layout design that is easy to take or when consumers want to see the motorcycle directly in the warehouse. The data used are primary and secondary data which can be obtained from PT. X. analysis tools used to redesign the layout at PT. X, namely parker volume, parker capacity, distance between one slot and another slot, and the method used in this research is the Dedicated Storage method. With this method the results obtained in the warehouse has a capacity of 6 slots and each slot is filled with 20 units, structuring the motorcycle in the slots to calculate the capacity of the existing units in the warehouse so that everything does not overload. in this study the unit capacity of each unit is calculated from the average unit sales.
