Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, persespi harga dan suasana resto terhadap keputusan pembelian (studi pada Resto Waroeng Pati). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan yang telah atau sudah pernah berkunjung dan membeli sajian dari Resto Waroeng Pati, peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini merupakan data primer, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Data uji SPSS diperoleh informasi bahwa semua indikator dinyatakan valid dan semua variabel dinyatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan dari uji F model ini layak untuk diteliti. Berdasarkan uji T dan koefisien regresi dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, suasana resto berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price perceptions and restaurant atmosphere on purchasing decisions (study at Resto Waroeng Pati). The population in this study were customers who had or had visited and bought dishes from Resto Waroeng Pati. The researchers took a sample of 150 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. SPSS test data obtained information that all indicators are declared valid and all variables are declared reliable. Based on the F test, this model is worthy of research. Based on the T test and the regression coefficient, it can be concluded that the variable service quality has no effect on purchasing decisions, perceived price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, restaurant atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
