Abstract

TujuaniiDari.penelitian iniiuntukimemahamiiakibat kualitas.layanan, kualitas produk, citra.merek terhadappkepercayaan.dan.dampak.pada niat.beli ulang..Pada penelitian.ini data dikumpulkan melewati kuesioner.yang dibagikan secara online melalui google form. Sampel yang terdiri dari 115 responden sudah dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik.purposive sampling. Data.dianalisis menggunakan.SPSS 19.0. hasil riset memperlihatkan bahwa 1) kualitas.layanan berdampak.positif dan signifikan atas kepercayaan, 2) kualitas produk berdampak positif dan signifikan atas.kepercayaan, 3) citra merek berdampak positif.dan signifikan atas kepercayaan 4) kepercayaan berdampak positif.dan signifikan.atas.niat beli.ulang.ABSTRACT 'The purpose of this research is to understand the impact of service quality, product quality, brand image on trust. And impact on intention to repurchase on research this is data collected through a questionnaire. Which is shared online. Via google form Sample.consisting of 115 respondents. have been collected using purposive. Sampling technique. Data.analyzed using.SPSS 19.0. The research results show that 1) service quality has a positive and significant impact on trust, 2) product quality has a positive and significant impact on trust, 3) brand image has a positive impact and significant for trust 4) trust has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention.
