Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Isa Grafika Semarang yang berjumlah 80 karyawan, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah survey dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan pernyataan - pernyataan pada kuesioner disusun berdasarkan skala likert, data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 24. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji F, uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, and work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 80 employees of CV Isa Grafika Semarang. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a survey by distributing questionnaires with statements on the questionnaire arranged based on a Likert scale, the data were processed using the SPSS 24 program. Testing is done by using the validity test, reliability test, test the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has no effect on employee performance, and job stress has no effect on employee performance.
