Abstract

Dengan kemajuan perekonomian yang sangat pesat pada saat sekarang ini membuat orang-orang berlomba-belomba untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam bekerja khususnya di bidang lpg dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menghasilkan informasi mengenai penjualan untuk memperbaiki sistem penjualan. Banyak sekali toko-toko yang menjual berbagai macam produk, salah satunya lpg 3 kg. PT. Agista adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam barang distribusi lpg 3 kg. Sebagai perusahaan yang membutuhkan proses pengelolaan data penjualan untuk mendukung penentuan strategi dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis, PT. Agista membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi perhitungan penjualan setiap bulan supaya bisa memantau penjualan bisa tersalurkan tepat sasaran sesuai aturan yang ada. Memanfaatkan visualisasi data ini efektif karena visualisasi grafik dari representasi data jauh lebih kuat daripada tampilan dalam bentuk angka. Tableau digunakan sebagai alat visualisasi untuk lebih baik mengelola jumlah data yang besar secara model grafik. Tableau yang akan dimanfaatkan untuk mengetahui data pelanggan yang memperoleh alokasi yang paling tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi dunia pendidikan khususnya ilmu Teknologi Pendidikan dalam kawasan pengembangan khususnya perpustakaan sebagai pusat sumber belajar dan informasi yang dapat memberikan pelayanan prima (Service Excellence) kepada pemustaka serta pemanfaatan dan pengembangan media informasi. With the very rapid economic progress nowadays, people are competing to improve their work performance, especially in the field of LPG by utilizing technology to generate information about sales to improve the sales system. Lots of shops that sell various kinds of products, one of which is lpg 3 kg. PT. Agista is a company engaged in the distribution of lpg 3 kg goods. As a company that requires a sales data management process to support strategic determination in facing business competition, PT. Agista needs a system that can provide sales calculation information every month so that it can monitor sales that can be distributed on target according to existing regulations. Making use of this data visualization is effective because the graphical visualization of the data representation is much more powerful than the display in the form of numbers. Tableau is used as a visualization tool to better manage large amounts of data in a graphical fashion. The tableau will be used to find out which customer data gets the highest allocation. The results of this research are expected to provide benefits to the world of education, especially the science of Educational Technology in the development area, especially the library as a learning and information resource center that can provide excellent service (Service Excellence) to users as well as the use and development of information media.
