Abstract

ABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia merupakan motor penggerak seluruh kegiatan perusahaan yang harus dikelola dengan baik karena akan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan berdampak pada perusahaan. Kepuasan kerja di PT Telkomsel menunjukkan bahwa karyawan tidak begitu puas terhadap pekerjaan. Hal ini terlihat dari fenomena penurunan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi, dan kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai PT Telkomsel Regional V Jateng & DIY sejumlah 94 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Cara pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Uji yang digunakan meliputi uji instrument, uji regresi, uji model, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. ABSTRACT Human resources are the driving force of all company activities that must be managed properly because they will affect job satisfaction and have an impact on the company. Job satisfaction at PT Telkomsel shows that employees are not very satisfied with work. This can be seen from the phenomenon of decreasing job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation, and competence on job satisfaction. The study population was 94 employees of PT Telkomsel Regional V Central Java & DIY using saturated sampling technique. How to collect data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The tests used include instrument test, regression test, model test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation had no effect on job satisfaction, competence had no effect on job satisfaction.
