Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Semarang. Penelitian ini memiliki 85 responden pegawai Kantor Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Semarang dengan menggunakan alat pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner. Pernyataan diukur menggunakan skala likert dari sangat setuju sampai sangat tidak setuju. Data diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT The study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Office of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Semarang. This study has 85 respondents of employee of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Semarang using a data collection tool, namely a questionnaire. Statements are measured using a Likert scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The data is processed using the SPSS version 21. The results of the analysis show that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance.
