Abstract

Karyawan perusahaan merupakan penggerak operasi perusahaan, sehingga jika kinerja karyawan perusahaan baik, maka kinerja perusahaan juga akan meningkat. Penelitian terhadap kinerja karyawan ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Kerjasama Tim terhadap Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Semarang (Dinas PU). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Dinas PU Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis, dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden dari Dinas PU Kota Semarang. Sampel ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yaitu karyawan Dinas PU Kota Semarang, serta menggunakan teknik analisis linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan Kerjasama Tim tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT Company employees are the drivers of the company's operations, so if the performance of the company's employees is good, then the company's performance will also improve.This research on employee performance aims to analyze and test the influence of Leadership Style, Communication, and Teamwork on Semarang City Public Works Office (Dinas PU). The population used in this study was employees of the Semarang City Pu Office. The method used in this study is descriptive method of analysis, with a sample of 100 respondents from the Semarang City Pu Office.This sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, by disseminating questionnaires to respondents, namely employees of the Semarang City Pu Office, as well as using multiple linear analysis techniques. From the results of this study it is known that leadership and communication styles have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, while Team Work has no effect on employee performance.
