Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pemgaruh motivasi, disiplin, dan kompensasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Pilar Keasi Seni. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pilar Keasi Seni. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis faktor unutk menguji vaiditas item pernyataan., pemgujian reabi;itas menggunaka cronbach alpha, dan pengujian hipotesis mengunakan regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian regresi berganda diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline, and work compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Art Keasi Pillar. The population of this study were employees of PT. Art Keasi Pillar. Sampling was done by using a census technique of 100 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement items, testing reability using Cronbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple regression research show that there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of discipline on job satisfaction, and a positive and significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction.
