Abstract

Alasan dilakukannya pengujian ini ialah untuk menguji serta mengenali kualitas produk, persepsi harga serta promosi terhadap proses keputusan pembelian e-commerce Tokopedia di Kota Semarang. Riset ini memakai pengumpulan informasi berbentuk kuesioner.Sampel diambil dari 100 responden konsumen yang sudah membeli serta menggunakan aplikasi Tokopedia.Sampel memakai strategi purposive sampling.seluruh pertanyaan yang diperkirakan dengan dimensi likert dari 5 jawaban dengan sangat setuju untuk menentang gagasan ini dengan sangat tidak setuju. Data tersebut ditangani dengan memanfaatkan program SPSS. Bersumber pada hasil pengujian berpengaruhi kualitas produk yang mempengaruhi positif terhadap proses keputusan pembelian, persepsi harga tidak mempengaruhi terhadap proses keputusan pembelian, promosi mempengaruhi positif terhadap proses keputusan pembelian. ABSTRACT The reason for doing this test is to test and recognize product quality, price perception and promotion of the Tokopedia e-commerce purchasing decision process in Semarang City. This research uses information collection in the form of a questionnaire. Samples were taken from 100 consumer respondents who had bought and used the Tokopedia application. The sample used a purposive sampling strategy. All questions are estimated with a Likert dimension of 5 answers strongly agree to oppose this idea strongly disagree. The data is handled using the SPSS program. Based on the test results that affect the quality of the product which has a positive effect on the purchasing decision process, the price perception does not affect the purchasing decision process, the promotion has a positive effect on the purchasing decision process.
