Abstract

Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi informasi sangatlah cepat. Dengan adanya teknologi informasi mempermudah kebutuhan manusia dalam aspek apapun, tak terkecuali dalam hal kesehatan dan kedokteran. Saat ini masih banyak perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi informasi. Salah satunnya Klinik Hewan Dokter Djoko Waluyo. Sistem pelayanan kebutuhan pelanggan belum dikatakan nyaman dan cepat karena masih menggunakan metode lama tanpa menerapkan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Selama ini proses konsultasi harus menghubungi pihak klinik untuk memesan waktu yang kosong dan pelanggan juga harus datang ke klinik jika ingin membeli produk untuk hewan peliharaan mereka. Proses pendataan seperti mengisi formulir pendaftaran juga masih mengandalkan buku atau catatan kertas saja sehingga tiap kali pelanggan datang harus mengisi formulir terbelih dulu. Oleh sebab itu penulis membuat sistem berbasis web dengan mengimplementasikan customer relasionship management untuk mempermudah pihak klinik dan pelanggan dalam melakukan berbagai macam aktivitas seperti membooking dan pemesanan produk. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah pelanggan dan pihak klinik dalam berkomunikasi dan mempercepat proses agar lebih efisien. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini penulis menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) yang merupakan filosofi perancangan yang menempatkan pengguna sebagai pusat dari proses pengembangan sistem. Dengan metode ini diperoleh hasil berupa terwujudnya sebuah website untuk mempermudah, mempercepat, dan mengoptimalkan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan. Abstract-At this time the development of information technology is very fast. The existence of information technology facilitates human needs in any aspect, not least in terms of health and medicine. Currently, there are still many companies that have not implemented information technology. One of them is the Veterinary Clinic of Doctor Djoko Waluyo. The service system for customer needs has not been said to be comfortable and fast because it still uses the old method without implementing the development of information technology. During the consultation process, they had to contact the clinic to reserve free time and customers had to come to the clinic if they wanted to buy products for their pets. Data collection processes such as filling out registration forms also still rely on books or paper notes, so that every time a customer comes, they have to fill out a purchase form first. Therefore, the author makes a web-based system by implementing customer relationship management to make it easier for clinics and customers to carry out various activities such as booking and ordering products. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for customers and clinics to communicate and speed up the process to be more efficient. In making this system the author uses the User Centered Design (UCD) method which is a design philosophy that places the user at the center of the system development process. With this method, the result is the realization of a website to simplify, speed up, and optimize the quality of customer service.
