Abstract
Hasil kegiatan kearsipan dapat berupa dokumen fisik maupun non fisik yang dapat dijadikan bukti shahih untuk suatu tindakan dan keputusan. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah utama tentang bagaimana keberlangsungan pengelolaan arsip pada CV.Kusuma Network berdasarkan Permasalahan yang muncul saat pencarian dokumen yang memakan waktu cukup lama dikarenakan harus mencari satu – persatu dokumen yang menumpuk sehingga berdampak tidak efisiennya waktu yang digunakan untuk pencarian dokumen. Suatu Sistem kearsipan yang diselenggarakan secara optimal akan memperlancar kegiatan dan tujuan lembaga, organisasi maupun perseorangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan Sistem penataan dokumen pekerjaan secara terkomputerisasi. Perancangan Sistem menggunakan tools UML (Unified Modelling Laguange) dengan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dan aplikasi dibuat menggunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP dengan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter dan MySql sebagai database sistem. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memudahkan dalam pengolahan dan pencarian arsip perusahaan. abstract The results of the archive include both physical and non-physical documents that can be used as authentic evidence of an action and decision. This research raises the key issue of how sustainability of archivism based on the problems that arise during a lengthy search for documents in CV.Kusuma Network is due to the need more time that builds up to date to the inefficiencies of time spent in the search for documents The goal of this research is to computerize the formulating system documents. An archive optimally implementation will help both the activities and purposes of the society, organization and individual. Systems design using tools uml (unified modelling laguange) by means of the waterfall system development method and application made using the PHP programming language with the framework codeigniter and mysql as system databases. It is that this study will make it easier for the company's mining and archived research.
