Abstract
Kinerja pegawai merupakan bagian terpenting dalam upaya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Untuk itu perlu diupayakan agar kinerja pegawai meningkat, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara antara lain melalui motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pegawai Stikes Al-Irsyad Al�Islamiyyah Cilacap. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan yang bekerja di STIKES Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan sistem angket. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi berganda, dengan aplikasi Software SPSS versi 2.1. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Employee performance is the most important part in an effort to achieve organizational goals. For this reason, efforts need to be made to increase employee performance, this can be done in various ways, including through motivation, work environment and compensation. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and compensation on the performance of employees of Stikes Al�Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Cilacap employees. The population taken in this study were 50 employees who worked at STIKES Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Cilacap. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection method using a questionnaire system. This research uses quantitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, and significant test (t test and f test) with SPSS software version 2.1 application. The results of this study indicate that motivation affects employee performance, work environment and compensation does not affect employee performance.
