Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas, loyalitas kerja dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM di Kota Semarang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 103 responden. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pemilihan sampel yaitu quota sampling dan pengelolaan data menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil Uji Instrumen seluruh indikator dinyatakan valid dan seluruh variabel dinyatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan Uji t dan koefisien regresi menunjukkan, bahwa: 1) kreativitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM di Kota Semarang. 2) loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM di Kota Semarang. 3) kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi praktis dan teoritis. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of creativity, work loyalty and teamwork on the performance of MSME employees in Semarang City. The analytical method used is linear regression analysis multiple. The sample in this study was 103 respondents. Type of data in This research is primary data. The sample selection method is quota sampling and data management using SPSS software. Based on the results of the Instrument Test, all indicators are declared valid and all variables are declared reliable. Based on the t-test and regression coefficients, it shows that: 1) creativity has a positive effect on the performance of MSME employees in Semarang City. 2) work loyalty has a positive effect on the performance of MSME employees in the city of Semarang. 3) teamwork has a positive effect on the performance of MSME employees in the city of Semarang. This research has practical and theoretical implications.
