Abstract
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisi dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan kepemimpinan spirutual terhadap prilaku kerja pada karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para karyawan tetap yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Puposive Sampling yaitu hanya dikhususkan pada karyawan tetap yang mempunyai masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner sebagai instrumen. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji statistik F, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual dan kepemimpinan spiritual terbukti mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the influence of spiritual intelligence and spiritual leadership on work behavior in the employees of the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital, Semarang. The population in this study were permanent employees who worked at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital, Semarang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, which is only devoted to permanent employees who have a minimum working period of 1 year. Collecting data using a questionnaire method as an instrument. Testing is done by testing the validity, reliability test, F statistical test, test the coefficient of determination, and test the hypothesis (t test). The test results show that spiritual intelligence and spiritual leadership are proven to have a positive and significant influence on work behavior.
