Abstract

Laundry merupakan proses pencucian pakaian dan dry cleaning yang saat ini dijalankan baik di rumah sendiri maupun dibuka dalam bentuk usaha. Saat ini banyak sekali masyarakat yang membuka jasa Laundry. Maka dari itu, tidak dipungkiri bahwa terjadi persaingan bisnis pada usaha jasa Laundry. Dibutuhkan upaya untuk memperkenalkan atau mempromosikan Laundry dengan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang mana tujuannya untuk menambah pelanggan serta mengelola / mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada. Selain itu, dibutuhkan pula managemen yang baik dalam mengelola data Laundry pelanggan dan pemasukan/pengeluaran keuangan Laundry itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi dengan metode Customer Relationship Management CRM) yang mampu membuat interaksi yang baik dan nyaman terhadap pelanggan. Metode maupun bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM) guna untuk menarik pelanggan terhadap Laundry melalui sebuah sistem, mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada, serta membuat pelanggan puas dan loyal. Kemudian bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu php, html dengan database postgresql dan menggunakan framework laravel. Dengan demikian, mampu menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang compatible dengan penerapan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM), memberikan kemudahan akses pelanggan dalam mencari tau informasi Laundry. Dari penelitian ini saran yang diperlukan adalah mengembangkan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM) lebih baik lagi, karena interaksi terhadap pelanggan masih cenderung pasif. Laundry is a process of washing clothes and dry cleaning which is currently carried out both at home and opened in the form of a business. Currently, there are many people who open laundry services. Therefore, it is undeniable that there is business competition in the Laundry service business. Efforts are needed to introduce or promote Laundry with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method, which aims to add customers and manage/maintain existing customers. In addition, good management is also needed in managing customer Laundry data and the Laundry financial income/expenditure itself. The purpose of the research is to produce an information system with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method that is able to make good and comfortable interactions with customers. The method and programming language used is the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method in order to attract customers to Laundry through a system, retain existing customers, and make customers satisfied and loyal. Then the programming language used is php, html with a postgresql database and using the laravel framework. Thus, being able to produce an information system that is compatible with the application of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method, provides easy access for customers to find out Laundry information. From this research, the suggestion that is needed is to develop a better Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method, because interactions with customers still tend to be passive.
