Abstract
This research has developed an application of decision support system as a tool to assist decision makers in making decisions. This system has capability to field capabilities selection for administrative staff.The selection field process modeled using Fuzzy Inference System (FIS). In accordance with the purpose selection of decision support system which is to provide an alternative to the decision maker (leader), which is based on any preference given by decision maker, the resulting data which can be accessed for use of further consideration. Other characteristics possessed by this system are built with web-based system, so the system can be accessed by users who have the rights to access on both local and Internet networks.
