Abstract
Bengkel mobil Wacana Garage merupakan salah satu perusahaan jasa yang memberikan layanan berupa perbaikan mobil yang terletak di Kecamatan Candisari Kota Semarang. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam perusahaan yaitu mengalami kesulitan pada saat pelanggan datang mendadak sehingga membuat antrian dalam melakukan perbaikan. Pelanggan yang enggan untuk mengantri karena memerlukan waktu yang lama kemudian mencari bengkel lain. Masalah tersebut mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan dan penapatan perusahaan. Sebagai bengkel yang belum lama dibuka maka masih belum banyak orang yang mengetahui tentang bengkel Wacana Garage sehingga penting bagi perusahaan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai bengkel. Antrian terjadi akibat belum adanya proses booking online yang disediakan oleh perusahaan untuk membantu pelanggan dalam mengatur jadwal perbaikan mobil di bengkel wacana garage. Dari permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah sistem informasi dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL dengan metode pengembangan sistem prtotype untuk mempermudah dalam penyimpanan maupun penyususan data, sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam penjadwal servis, transaksi penjualan dan pemasaran di Bengkel Mobil Wacana Garage. Wacana Garage car repair shop is a service company that provides services in the form of car repairs located in Candisari District, Semarang City. The problems that occur in the company are experiencing difficulties when customers come suddenly so that it creates a queue in making repairs. Customers who are reluctant to queue because it takes a long time then look for another workshop. These problems affect the quality of service and company revenue. As a workshop that has recently opened, not many people know about garage workshops, so it is important for companies to provide information about workshops. Queues occur due to the absence of an online booking process provided by the company to assist customers in arranging car repair schedules at workshops about garages. From these problems an information system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with the prototype system development method to make it easier to store and compile data, so as to provide convenience in service scheduling, sales and marketing transactions at the Wacana Garage Car Workshop.
