Abstract

Learn English vocabularies are very important in the development of students in class. By mastering English vocabulary, students can make correct and correct pronunciation and intonation. During the learning process, students will learn how to write, pronounce, interpret, and memorize vocabulary. During the learning process, students pay attention to the teacher's lecture. There are students who joke with their friends and do other activities that affect concentration. Therefore, teachers must master the methods or strategies of learning. This research is useful to know (1) the learning process of fun learning methods to increase vocabulary learning interest. (2) Students' responses to the learning process using the fun learning method to increase vocabulary learning interest. To gather data, the study utilized multiple techniques such as observation, questionnaires, interview, and documentation. The collected data underwent analysis involving data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the outcomes of the discussion, the author draws the following conclusions: (1) Initially, the teacher's teaching method did not align with the Fun Learning approach. However, the teacher adapted the method to become a Fun Learning method by demonstrating attentiveness to students and adjusting their teaching techniques to suit the individual characteristics and abilities of the students during learning process. (2) As a result of implementing the Fun Learning method, significant changes were observed in the students' learning outcomes. These changes include improved grades and enhanced memorization abilities among the students. Pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Inggris sangat penting dalam kemampuan berkembangnya siswa di kelas. Dengan menguasai kosakata bahasa inggris, siswa dapat melakukan pelafalan serta dengan intonasi yang cukup baik. Selama proses pembelajaran, siswa akan belajar cara menulis, mengucapkan, mengartikan, dan menghafal kosakata. Selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, siswa memperhatikan penjelasan guru. Adapun siswa yang bercanda dengan temannya maupun melakukan aktivitas lain yang mempengaruhi konsentrasi. Oleh karena itu, guru harus memahami metode atau strategi dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk mengetahui: (1) proses dalam pembelajaran dengan metode fun learning untuk meningkatkan minat belajar kosakata. (2) Pendapat siswa mengenai dalam proses pembelajaran melalui metode fun learning untuk meningkatkan minat belajar kosakata. Untuk mengumpulkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik seperti observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, penulis menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Pada awalnya, metode mengajar guru tidak sesuai dengan pendekatan Fun Learning. Namun, guru mengadaptasi metode tersebut menjadi metode Fun learning dengan cara menunjukkan perhatian kepada siswa dan menyesuaikan teknik mengajarnya agar sesuai dengan karakteristik individu dan kemampuan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. (2) Sebagai hasil dari penerapan metode Fun Learning, perubahan yang signifikan terlihat pada hasil belajar siswa. Perubahan ini termasuk peningkatan nilai dan peningkatan kemampuan menghafal di antara para siswa
