Abstract
Abstrak- Indonesia merupakan negara hukum, negara yang bertanggungjawab menjalankan pengembangan hukum nasional. Pemrosesan bahasa dengan data text yang tidak teratur akan memiliki banyak informasi. Maka dari itu dengan melakukan pencarian informasi mengenai kesamaan makna pada istilah perundang-undangan merupakan hal yang baru. Semantik merupakan ilmu bahasa yang meneliti tentang arti atau makna dari suatu bahasa. Sedangkan kesamaan samantik adalah sebagai metrik yang didefinisikan di atas berbagai dokumen atau kata. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode vektor merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kesamaan semantik pada dokumen. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumen perundang-undangan yang diperoleh dengan cara melalui website bphn.go.id. Dengan menggunakan teknik word embedding yang merupakan pengembangan komputasi model kata-kata yang sederhana seperti perhitungan menggunakan jumlah dan frekuensi kemunculan kata dalam sebuah dokumen. Indonesia is a state of law, a country responsible for the development of national law. Language processing with irregular text data will have a lot of information. Therefore, by seeking information about the agreement on the agreement is a new thing. Semantics is linguistics that discusses the meaning or meaning of a language. While approving samantics is a metric defined above various documents or words. In this study the method used is the vector method which is the method used to determine the semantics of documents. The data used in this study are invitation documents obtained by going through the bphn.go.id website. By using word embedding techniques which are the development of computational models of simple words such as calculations using the number and frequency of words appearing in a document.
