Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan yang memiliki fasilitas sistem keamanan CCTV lebih dari 100 channel tentu memiliki tanggung jawab dalam perbaikan CCTV dan membutuhkan manajemen waktu urutan eksekusi pekerjaan yang optimal. PT.Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi SIdo Muncul, Tbk adalah perusahaan yang memiliki sistem keamanan CCTV lebih dari 100 channel dan memiliki permasalahan manajemen waktu urutan eksekusi pekerjaan. Dibutuhkan suatu sistem dimana setiap proses pekerjaan dengan waktu eksekusi terpendek menjadi prioritas dan tidak disela dari pekerjaan yang lain agar terhindar dari tertumpuknya suatu pekerjaan. Algoritma Shortest Job First adalah algoritma penjadwalan proses yang memprioritaskan antrian proses dengan waktu terpendek yang didahulukan dari proses yang lain. Implementasi algoritma Shortest Job Firstpada sistem penjadwalan troubleshooting jaringan CCTV ini menghasilkan urutan antrian eksekusi pekerjaan yang dapat dikatakan optimal karena memprioritaskan pekerjaan dengan lama waktu proses terpendek, sehingga pekerjaan dengan lama waktu proses terpendek dapat dieksekusi terlebih dahulu dari proses yang lain. Dengan adanya penerapan algoritma ini, maka manajemen waktu dalam eksekusi pekerjaan troubleshootingdapat terbentuk dan membantu dalam mengatur pola urutan eksekusi menjadi lebih baik. A company that has more than 100 channels of CCTV security system facilities certainly has the responsibility of repairing CCTV and requires optimal time management of work execution sequences. PT. Industri Herbal Medicine and Pharmacy SIdo Appears, Tbk is a company that has CCTV security systems of more than 100 channels and has a time management problem in order ofvii execution of work. A system is needed in which every work process with the shortest execution time is a priority and is not interrupted by other work to avoid the accumulation of work. Shortest Job First algorithm is a process scheduling algorithm that prioritizes the queue of processes with the shortest time taking precedence over other processes. The implementation of the Shortest Job First algorithm in the CCTV network troubleshooting scheduling system produces a sequence of job execution queues that can be said to be optimal because they prioritize jobs with the shortest processing time so that jobs with the shortest processing time can be executed first from other processes. With the application of this algorithm, the time management in the execution of troubleshooting jobs can be formed and helps in managing the pattern of execution sequences for the better.
