Abstract

Persaingan didalam dunia bisnis saat ini perkembangannya sangat pesat salah satunya dalam bidang kuliner menuntut, para pengembang bisnis dituntut agar dapat menemukan sebuah strategi yang bisa meningkatkan omset penjualan khususnya dalam bidang kuliner.Mencari keuntungan merupakan tujuan operasional restoran, maka untuk memenuhi tujuan tersebut diperlukan suatu strategi yang dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan.Data mining digunakan untuk menguraikan penemuan pengetahuan didalam database.Algoritma apriori dimanfaatkan untuk proses penjualan,dengan cara memberikan suatu hubungan antar data transaksi penjualan, didalam hal ini makanan dan minuman yang akan dipesan sehingga akan diperoleh pola penjualan konsumen.Restoran LA Steak menyediakan berbagai macam makanan seperti steak, mie level, spaghetti, rice bowl dan minuman. Kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh restoran ini adalah menemukan pola penjualan makanan dengan minuman yang sering dipesan oleh konsumen dalam waktu yang bersamaan melalui data transaksi penjualan. Untukviii menunjang proses analisa, pemahaman dan pengolahan data dalam persiapan data menggunakan metode CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining). Dari penelitian ini peneliti ingin menghasilkan aturan asosiasi dan mengembangkan promosi paket menu, serta agar penyediaan stok bahan baku tidak mengalami keterlambatan. Competition in the business world today is very rapid development, one of which is in the demanding culinary field, business developers are required to be able to find a strategy that can increase sales turnover, especially in the culinary field. Looking for profits is the operational goal of the restaurant, so to meet these objectives requires a strategy which can increase sales turnover. Mining data is used to describe the discovery of knowledge in the database. A priori algorithm is used for the sales process, by providing a relationship between sales transaction data, in this case food and drinks to be ordered so that it will obtain consumer sales patterns. LA Steak provides a variety of foods such as steak, level noodles, spaghetti, rice bowl and drinks. The need for this restaurant is to find patterns of food and beverage sales that are often ordered by consumers at the same time through sales transaction data. To support the process of analysis, understanding and data processing in data preparation using the CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) method. From this study the researchers wanted to produce association rules and develop menu package promotions, and so that the supply of raw material stock was not delayed.
