Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, struktur asset dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan Real Esatate & Property yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2018. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Real Estate & Property yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2018. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 93 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 19. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal. Struktur aset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Risiko bisnis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of profitability, business risk, asset structure and company size on the capital structure of real estate and property companies in 2016-2018. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study are all successive real estate and property listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sample selection using purposive sampling method and obtained 93 companies. This study uses a multiple regression analysis method using the SPSS 19 application. The results of the research show that profitability has significant negative effect on capital structure. Firm size has significant positive effect on capital structure. The asset structure has not significant effect on capital structure. Business risk does not have a significant effect on capital structure.
