Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kebijakan Hutang, Kebijakan Dividen dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI 2016-2018). Penelitian ini memiliki populasi sebanyak 472 perusahaan manufaktur yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan lengkap dan di publish di Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) dan terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2018. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sample. Sehingga sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 151 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016- 2018. Analisis data penelitian dengan metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kebijakan hutang dan Kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hanya Profitabilitas yang berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. The purposeoof this study was to examine and analyze the effect of the Debt Policy, Dividend Policy and Profitability on Company Value (Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed ontthe Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018). This study has a population of 472 manufacturing companies that reportccomplete financial reportspand are published in the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018.The sampling method in this research used a purposive sample technique. So that the samples obtained were 151 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Analysis of research with multiple linear regression methods using the SPSS version 25.The research of this study are that debt policy has no effect on firmvvalue. Dividend policy also have no effect on firm value. Only profitability has a positive effect on company value.
