Abstract

The success and prosperity of the organisationl can be pondered the usage of the employer’s overall performance, which is useful a measuring the level of success of a agancy. In improving thei welfare of the agency's success fiber, it is necessary to maximize lthe agency’s level of lperformance. This studies become performed to analyze and examine the impact on company performance through several indicators, namely the first assett structure, secondly profitability and lastly tthe capital structure. Obtained 92 data as a population and 60 samples obtained using purposive sampling method, from financial reports originating from economic reports orginating from production bussinesses within the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the IDX. The method used for studies testing is the a couple of linear regression evaluationi approach. Stating that the asset structure (SA) has a tremendous advantageous impact on agency’s' performance. Different direction with profitability (ROA) has a terrible impact on agency performance. And the capital structure (DER) has no have an effectt on at the agency's performance
