Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, kreativitas produk dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja UMKM Furniture di Kabupaten Jepara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemilik/pengusaha UMKM Furniture di Jepara sebesar 2.938 UMKM. D dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 107 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling, yaitu dikhusukan pada pemilik/pengusaha furniture di Jepara yang mempunyai usaha di atas 1 tahun. Metode pengambilan data primer yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan data analisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda, dimana sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan orientasi kewirausahaan mampu memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Kreativitas produk berpengaruh positif kinerja UMKM, artinya semakin para UMKM kreatif dalam mengembangkan ide-ide baru dan menemukan cara-cara baru dalam memecahkan persoalan peluang bisnis, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM, artinya semakin tinggi pemilik/pengusaha UMKM Furnirure mempunyai keunggulan dalam bersaing, maka tentu akan berdampak pada pencapaian kinerja UMKM yang dihasilkan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of enterpreneurial orientation, product cretivity and competitive advantage on the performance of MSMEs enterprises furniture in Jepara regency. The population in this study were all furniture owners / enterpreneurs in Jepara at 2.938 MSMEs enterprises. With a sample size of 107 respondents. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling, which is specialized in Jepara who have a business of more than 1 year. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method and data analysis using multiple linear regressions models, where the validity and reability tests were previously conducted. The results of the study show that enterpreneurship orientation can provide better changes in improving the performance of MSMEs. Product creativity positively influences the performance of MSMEs, meaning that the more creative MSMEs are in developing new ideas and finding new ways of solving business opportunity problems, it will improve MSMEs performance. Compotitive advantage has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs, meaning that the higher the owner / entrepreneur of MSMEs furniture has an advantage in competing, then of course it will have an impact on the achievement of MSMEs performance produced.
