Abstract

Penelitian iini ibertujuan untuk imenganalisis ipengaruh ipengembangan ikarir, ibudaya iorganisasional, idan ikomitmen iorganisasional, isecara isimultan imaupun iparsial iterhadap ikinerja ikaryawan. iDalam ipenelitian iini imenggunakan idata iprimer idengan iinstrumen iyaitu ikuesioner, ipengolahan ikuesioner imenggunkan iprogram iSPSS i(Statistical iProduct iand iSolutions) iversi i21. iPopulasi idalam ipenelitian iini iadalah ikaryawan iPT iWibee iIndoedu iNusantara i(Pustaka iLebah) iSemarang, iyang iberjumlah i115 ikaryawan. iTeknik ipengambilan isampel idalam ipenelitian iini iyaitu isensus iatau ipengabilan isampel ijenuh, isehingga iresponden ipenelitian iberjumlah i113 iresponden. iAnalisis iyang idigunakan iadalah iregresi ilinier iberganda. iHasil ipenelitian imenunjukan ibahwa iterdapat ipengaruh ipositif idan isignifikan iantara ipengembangan ikarir iterhadap ikinerja ikaryawan. iTerdapat ipengaruh ipositif idan isiginifkan iantara ibudaya iorganisasional iterhadap ikinerja ikaryawan. iTerdapat ipengaruh ipositif idan isignifikan iantara ikomitmen iorganisasional iterhadap ikinerja ikaryawan.
