Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Herculon Carpet Semarang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langung dari sumber asli berupa kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Herculon Carpet Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menguji validitas item pertanyaan, pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach alpha, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi liner berganda. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa variabel baban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, serta variabel kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, job satisfaction, and compensation on employee turnover intention at PT Herculon Carpet Semarang. The type of data used is primary data that is data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this research is the employees of PT Herculon Carpet Semarang. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 115 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, reliability testing using Cronbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The test results obtained that the variable workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, as well as job satisfaction and compensation variables have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
