Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemberdayaan, karakteristik pekerjaan dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gading Sukses Makmur. Pada penelitian ini populasi ialah seluruh karyawan PT. Gading Sukses Makmur. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh atau menggunakan metode sensus. Data penelitian yang digunaakan adalah data primer. Data primer didapat langsung dari karyawan PT. Gading Sukses Makmur dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Data primer kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan uji instrumen berupa uji validitas dengan KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) dan loading factor (component matrix), uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach Alpha, kemudian dilakukan uji model berupa koefisien determinasi (R2)dan uji F, uji analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji t. Hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan menunjukan: (1) variabel pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) variabel karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) variabel komitmen organisasional berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The reserach aims to examine the effect of empowerment, job characteristics and organizational commitment on employee perfomance at PT. Gading Sukses Makmur.In this study the population iss all employees of PT. Gading Sukses Makmur. The sampling technique in research uses saturated samples or uses cencus methods. The research data used is primary data. Primary data obtained directly from the employees of PT. Gading Sukses Makmur with a questionnaire as a research instrument. Primary data then analyzed using SPSS with instrument test in the form of a validity test with KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) and loading factor (component matrix), reability test with Cronbach Alpha, then the a model test in the form of determination coefficient (R2)and F test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The results analysis and discussion showed: (1) the empowerment variable had a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance; (2) the job characteristics variable has a postive and significant effect on employee perfomance; (3) organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance.
