Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pengaruh Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Turnover Intention . Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT.BPR Artha Mranggenjaya Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sensus dengan sampel berjumlah 50 responden dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dan informasi yang telah terkumpul dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software Sstatistical Package for the Social Scinences (SPSS) Versi 23, kemudian dianalisa menggunakan koefisien korelasi untuk pengujian validitas, Cronbach alpha untuk menguji reliabilitas instrument, dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Kepemimpinan Transfomasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Stress, Job Satisfaction and Transformational Leadership on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is the employees of PT. BPR Artha Mranggenjaya The sampling technique in this study used a census with a sample of 50 respondents and the data collection method used a questionnaire. Data and information collected in this study use Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 23 software, then analyzed using correlation coefficients for validity testing, Cronbach alpha for testing instrument reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the magnitude of the effect of each each variable is independent of the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, Transfomational Leadership has a negative effect on Turnover Intention.
