Abstract

Upah merupakan pembalas berupa uang dan sebagainya yang diberikan untuk membalas jasa atau sebagai pembayar tenaga yang sudah dikeluarkan untuk mengerjakan setiap tugas yang sudah terselesaikan dalam hitungan jam atau harian dan dihitung berdasarkan jumlah tugas yang sudah diselesaikan. CV Radik Jaya merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa urugan tanah yang saat ini mempunyai 54 sopir truk. CV Radik Jaya selama ini melakukan sistem pengupahan dilakukan secara manual, sehingga perlu adanya perancangan sistem informasi jasa upah untuk sopir truk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem informasi jasa upah untuk sopir truk berdasarkan hasil ritase dengan metode prototype. Perancangan sistem informasi jasa upah ritase untuk sopir truk ini menggunakan metode prototype dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan mysql sebagai databasenya. Hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi yang akan dibuat adalah sistem informasi jasa upah sopir truk yang terkomputerisasi yang dapat digunakan agar efektif untuk memenuhi keingininan manajemen perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini perusahaan dapat mempercepat proses pengolahan upah untuk sopir truk, dan laporan yang dihasilkan untuk admin dan dirut adalah laporan data hasil ritase sedangkan untuk sopir truk dapat mencetak hasil upah yang di dapat dicetak dalam format file excel dan pdf. Abstract Wages are retribution in the form of money and so on which are given to pay back services or as payers of labor that have been spent to do each task that has been completed in a matter of hours or daily and is calculated based on the number of tasks that have been completed. CV Radik Jaya is a company engaged in the field of landfill services which currently has 54 truck drivers. CV Radik Jaya has been doing wage systems done manually, so it is necessary to design a wage service information system for truck drivers. The purpose of this study is to design a wage service information system for truck drivers based on the results of the ritase using the prototype method. The design of the official salary service information system for truck drivers uses the prototype method using the php and mysql programming languages as its database. The result of the design of the information system that will be created is a computerized truck driver wage information system that can be used to be effective to meet the desires of company management. By using this system the company can speed up the process of processing wages for truck drivers, and reports generated for admins and directors are reports on the results of ritase data while for truck drivers can print the results of wages that can be printed in excel and pdf file formats.
