Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menganalisis pengaruh dari kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari narasumber dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bina Busana Internusa di Semarang, dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Data diolah untuk pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This research was conducted to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee performance. The type of data used is primary data obtained directly from informants using a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of PT Bina Busana Internusa in Semarang, with the determination of the sample using the Slovin formula and sampling using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 120 respondents. Data is processed for hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The test results obtained that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
