Abstract
.Penelitian. ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi sosial, kebutuhan fisiologis , dan efikasi diri terhadap komitmen afektif. Penelitian dilakukan pada Buruh PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IX Divisi Tanaman Kebun Merbuh dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil 85 karyawan yang dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil uji menyatakan bahwa kompetensi. sosial tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, kebutuhan fisiologis tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan. terhadap komitmen afektif, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi sosial , kebutuhan fisologis , dan efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh pada keterikatan organisasi. ABSTRACT .This study aims to discuss social competence, physiological needs, and self-efficacy of affective commitment. The study was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Merbuh Divisi Tanaman with a number of samples taken by 85 employees conducted by. distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of testing on social competence that is not bound and significant to affective commitment, physiological needs are not binding and significant to affective commitment, and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment. This shows that social competence, fiscal needs, and self-efficacy do not depend on organizational commitment.
