Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani, motivasi danokepuasan kerja terhadapokinerjaokaryawan pada PT. Telkom Regional IV Jawa Tengah & DIY, teknikopengambilan sampel dalamopenelitian ini berjumlaho100 respondenosebagai sampelodengan metodeopengumpulan data yangomenggunakan kuesionero (angket) guna mendapatkan informasi. Adapun hasil penelitiannya : (1) Kepemimpinan yang melayani mempunyaiopengaruh yangopositif dan signifikanoterhadap kinerjaokaryawan. (2) Motivasi mempunyaiopengaruh yangopositif dan signifikanoterhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Kepuasan Kerja mempunyaiopengaruh yangopositif danosignifikan terhadapokinerjaokaryawan.
