Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara kompetensi individu, motivasi, dan stres kerja terhadapp komitmen berkelanjutan. Objekk peneltian ini adalah karyawan PPT. Lohdjinawi Widjaya di Kabupaten BBatang. Pengambilann sampel dilakukan menggunakann metode proporsionall atau kuota sampling dengan jumlah rresponden ssebanyak 81. Pengumpulann ddata ddilakukann dengann menggunakann kkuesionerr yangg disebarkannn kepada sseluruh rrespondenn. Dataa yangg telahh terkumpull dianalisisss dengan mmenggunakan analisis ffaktorr untuk Mmengujii validitass darii setiap iitem ppertanyaan, pengujian Rreliabilitas menggunakan ccronbachh alpha dan ppengujiann hipotesiss dengan menggunakan regresii linierr bberganda. Hasill darii pengujiann padaa penelitiann ini mmenunjukan bahwaa kompetensi individu berpengaruhH positif fsignifikan terhadap komitmen berkelanjutan, motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen berkelanjutan dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap komitmen berkelanjutan. ABSTRAK This study aims to examine the effect of individual competence, motivation, and work stress on ongoing commitment. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Lohdjinawi Widjaya in Batangg Regency. SamplingG wasS carriedD out using pproportional methods or qquota ssampling wwith a total of 81 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of each question item, reliability testing using Cronbachh alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the test in this study indicate that individual competence has a significant positive effect on continuance commitment, motivation has a significant positive effect on continuance commitment and work stress has a significant negative effect on continuance commitment.
