Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Jabatan, lingkungan Kerja, dan Kpemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Erlangga Semarang.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Erlangga Semarang yang berjumlah 175 karyawan.. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling sejumlah 80 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Promosi Jabatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Promotion, Work Environment, and Leadership on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Erlangga Semarang Branch. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia branch Erlangga Semarang totaling 175 employees. The sampling technique uses Accidental Sampling totaled 80 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) Job Promotion has no effect on employee job satisfaction (2) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
