Abstract
Unit CCAN pada PT. Telkom Akses Regional IV dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah dengan menerapkan proses penilaian kinerja karyawan. Proses penilaian kinerja karyawan pada unit CCAN PT. Telkom Akses Regional IV masih dikerjakan dengan cara manual. Manajer harus merubah dokumen secara manual jika terjadi perubahan dokumen dalam periode tertentu selama proses penilaian kinerja karyawan. Proses tersebut membutuhkan waktu cukup lama, sehingga dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan menjadi kurang maksimal dan unsur subjektifitas menjadi tinggi karena tidak adanya data pendukung yang terintegrasi. Kriteria penilaian kinerja karyawan pada unit CCAN PT. Telkom Akses meliputi 9 kriteria yaitu integritas dengan bobot 10 %, antusias dengan bobot 10 %, totalitas dengan bobot 15 %, skill dengan bobot 15 %, problem solving dengan bobot 10 %, improvement dengan bobot 10 %, team work dengan bobot 10 %, sharing knowledge dengan bobot 10 %, pencapaian target dengan bobot 10 %. Hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan metode Oreste yang telah diurutkan dari kinerja yang paling baik yaitu Agus Supriyanto dengan nilai Oreste = 1,249, Niko Fitrianto dengan nilai Oreste = 1,332, Andyca Pratama Wibowo Kusumo dengan nilai Oreste = 1,466, Kuwat Asmoyo dengan nilai Oreste = 1,713, Tri Setyo Wahyu Anggoro dengan nilai Oreste = 1,929 CCAN unit at PT. Telkom Access Regional IV in improving the quality of human resources is to apply the process of assessing employee performance. Employee performance assessment process at CCAN PT unit. Telkom Regional Access IV is still done by manual. The manager must change the document manually in case of document changes within a certain period during the employee performance assessment process. The process takes a long time, so in the assessment of employee performance becomes less maximal and subjectivity elements become high due to the absence of integrated supporting data. Employee performance assessment criteria in PT CCAN unit. Telkom Akses includes 9 criteria, namely integrity with a weight of 10%, enthusiasm with a weight of 10%, totality with a weight of 15%, skills with a weight of 15%, problem solving with a weight of 10%, improvement with a weight of 10%, team work with a weight of 10%, sharing knowledge with a weight of 10%, achievement of targets with a weight of 10%. The results of employee performance assessment with Oreste method that has been sorted from the best performance is Agus Supriyanto with oreste value = 1,249, Niko Fitrianto with oreste value = 1,332, Andyca Pratama Wibowo Kusumo with Oreste value = 1,466, Kuwat Asmoyo with Oreste value = 1,713, Tri Setyo Wahyu Anggoro with Oreste value = 1,929
