Abstract
Karyawan merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang penting bagi PT. Pegadaian Kanwil XI Semarang. Selama ini proses penilaian kinerja karyawan belum melalui sistem komputerisasi yang terintegrasi dengan database khusus, sehingga dirasakan masih ditemukan beberapa permasalahan antara lain kesulitan dalam menelusuri data hasil penilaian kinerja, kesulitan dalam menyajikan data hasil penilaian kinerja, kesulitan dalam mengambil keputusan, kesulitan dalam pemberkasan semua hasil penilaian dari satu periode untuk bahan evaluasi berikutnya. Kriteria penilaian meliputi 5 penilaian yaitu kriteria kedisiplinan, kualitas kerja, kerjasama tim, kejujuran dan tanggung jawab. Proses pembobotan penilaian menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS dapat digunakan untuk penilaian kinerja karyawan berdasarkan kriteria kedisiplinan dengan bobot 20 %, kriteria kualitas kerja dengan bobot 20 %, kriteria kerjasama tim dengan bobot 20%, kriteria kejujuran dengan bobot 20 % dan kriteria tanggung jawab dengan bobot 20 % dan hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kanwil XI Semarang menggunakan metode TOPSIS menghasilkan hasil penilaian kinerja yang diurutkan dari nilai TOPSIS tertinggi sampai dengan nilai TOPSIS terendah Employees are one of the important human resources (HR) for PT. The assessment criteria include 5 assessments, namely the criteria for discipline, quality of work, teamwork, honesty and responsibility. The process of weightingxi the assessment uses the TOPSIS method. Making applications using the PHP programming language and databases using MySQL. The decision support system with the TOPSIS method can be used to assess employee performance based on disciplinary criteria with a weight of 20%, criteria for work quality with a weight of 20%, criteria for teamwork with a weight of 20%, criteria for honesty with a weight of 20% and criteria for responsibility with a weight of 20%. and the results of the employee performance appraisal of PT. Pegadaian Kanwil XI Semarang using the TOPSIS method produces performance assessment results that are sorted from the highest TOPSIS value to the lowest TOPSIS value.
