Abstract
Penelitian terhadap kinerja karyawan ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Kendal. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Kendal. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yaitu semua karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Kendal, Diperoleh hasil analisis: Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This research on employee performance aims to analyze and test the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline on the employee performance of BRI Bank Kendal Branch. The population used in this study were employees of Bank BRI Kendal Branch. The research method uses descriptive analysis method by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely all employees of BRI Bank Kendal Branch. The results of the analysis are: Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance
