Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh dari variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 155 pegawai. Perhitungan pengambilan sampel dihitung dengan rumus slovin dan mendapat hasil 112 sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1). disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. 2). motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. 3). lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi teoritis dan praktis. ABSTRACT The background of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline variables on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Archives and Libraries of Central Java Province. The population in the study were all Civil Servants of the Archives and Libraries of Central Java Province, totaling 155 employees. The sampling calculation was calculated using the Slovin formula and got 112 results as respondents. The research sample was taken by using purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: 1). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Archives and Libraries Office of Central Java Province. 2). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Archives and Libraries Office of Central Java Province. 3). work environment has no effect on employee performance at the Office of Archives and Libraries of Central Java Province. This research has theoretical and practical implications.
