Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasional yang dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 167 orang pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin dan pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik eksidental sehingga ditemukan sebanyak 100 orang responden. Metode pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji model meliputi uji koefisien determinasi dan uji F (ANOVA) serta uji hopitesis. Hasil penelitian ini efikasi diri berperngaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional, motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional, budaya organisasi memperkuat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap komitmen organisasional dan budaya organisasi memperkuat pengaruh motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasional. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and motivation on organizational commitment as moderated by organizational culture The population of this research were 167 employees was carried out on the staff of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Central Java Province with the research sample using the Slovin formula and sampling using incidental techniques so that found as many as 100 respondents. The method of collecting data in this study used a questionnaire. The test in the study used an instrument test, namely the validity test and the reliability test, the model test including the coefficient of determination test and the F test (ANOVA) and the hopithesis test. The results of this study selfefficacy have a positive effect on organizational commitment, motivation has no effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organization culture strengthens the effect of selfefficcy on organizational commitment and organizational culture strengthens the influence of motivation on organizational commitment.
