Abstract

Dalam penelitian. ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel Kompetensi, Self Efficacy dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasional pada Perumda Tirta Moedal Semarang. Pegawai dari Perumda Tirta Moedal yang menjadi. populasi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel. dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 sampel. Data primer merupakan. data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan diperoleh langsung yang disebar ke pegawai Perumda Tirta Moedal. Dalam penelitian ini. menggunakan SPSS seri 26 untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dibuat menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan. signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Self Efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap. Komitmen Organisasional. Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. ABSTRACT In this study, the. objective of this study was to determine the effect of Competency, Self-Efficacy and Work Discipline variables on Organizational Commitment at Perumda Tirta Moedal Semarang. The employees. of Perumda Tirta Moedal who became the population in this study. The sample. in this study amounted to 80 samples. Primary data is the data used in this study and is obtained directly which is distributed to Perumda Tirta Moedal employees. In this study.. using SPSS series 26 to analyze research data. From the results of the analysis that has been made, it shows that Competence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Self. Efficacy has.no effect on Organizational Commitment. Work. Discipline has no effect on Organizational Commitment.
