Abstract

PeneIitian ini bertujuan untuk menganaIisis tentang pengaruh Kepemimpinan, DisipIin Kerja dan Iingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Obyek peneIitian daIam penuIisan ini adaIah Pegawai pada PT. Karya Zirang Utama JendraI Sudirman Semarang. Teknik pengambiIan sampeI daIam peneIitian ini berjumIah 72 responden sebagai sampeI dengan metode pengumpuIan data yang menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan cara menyebarkan daftar pernyataan kepada responden guna mendapatkan informasi. Kuesioner yang terkumpuI dianaIisa menggunakan anaIisis faktor untuk menguji vaIiditas item pernyataan, rumus cronbach aIpha untuk menguji reIiabiIitas instrument, anaIisis regresi, untuk menguji besarnya pengaruh secara parsiaI masing-masing variabeI bebas yang diuji dengan anaIisis regresi. Adapun hasiI peneIitiannya adaIah: Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; DisipIin Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; Iingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study anaIyzes the effect of Ieadership, work discipIine and work environment on empIoyee performance. The object of research in this writing is the Company Karya Zirang Utama Dihatsu JendraI Sudirman Semarang. The sampIing technique in this study totaIing 72 respondents as sampIes with a data coIIection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a Iist of statements to respondents in order to obtain information. The data coIIected was anaIyzed using factor anaIysis to test the vaIidity of the statements items, the Cronbach aIpha formuIa to test instrument reIiabiIity, regression anaIysis, to test the magnitude of infIuence of each of the independent variabIes tested by regression anaIysis. The resuIts of his research are: Ieadership has a positive and significant effect on empIoyee performance; Work DiscipIine has a positive and significant effect on empIoyee performance; The Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on empIoyee performance.
