Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatahui dan menganalisis disiplin kerja karyawan pada BAPENDA Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BAPENDA Semarang yang berjumlah 130 orang. Teknik sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan probabilty sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validias, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji fit model (Uji F), Uji Hipotesis (Uji T). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang di berikan kepada responden. Data primer diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan sejauhmana disiplin kerja karyawan pada BAPENDA Semarang, dan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi Disiplin Kerja Karyawan BAPENDA Semarang bahwa indikator menunjukan hasil yang valid dan reliabel. Dari beberapa pengujian tersebut, dengan menggunakan uji F bahwa faktor Teladan Pimpinan, Balas Jasa, Waskat, dan Sangsi Hukuman secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan pada BAPENDA Semarang. Sedangkan pada uji T, secara parsial faktor Teladan Pimpinan, Balas Jasa, Waskat, Sangsi Hukuman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan BAPENDA Semarang. This research was conducted to identify and analyze the work discipline of employees at BAPENDA Semarang. The population in this study were all employees of BAPENDA Semarang, amounting to 130 people. The sampling technique in this study uses probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, model fit test (F test), hypothesis test (T test). Methods of data collection using a questionnaire given to respondents. Primary data was processed using SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate the extent to which employee work discipline at BAPENDA Semarang, and several factors that affect Employee Discipline at BAPENDA Semarang that the indicators show valid and reliable results. From some of these tests, using the F test that the Leadership Example, Retribution, Waskat, and Punishment factors simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Discipline at BAPENDA Semarang. While in the T test, partially the Leadership Example, Repayment, Waskat, Punishment have a significant effect on Employee Discipline of BAPENDA Semarang.
