Abstract
Institut Teknologi Statistik dan Bisnis Muhammadiyah Semarang (ITESA) adalah sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta yang berada dikota Semarang.Untuk memudahkan mahasiswa,dan masyarakat mendapatkan informasi terkini, ITESA telah menyediakan website dengan alamat https://itesa.ac.id/ yang dibuat untuk memberikan informasi mengenai ITESA. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas website ITESA. Metode WebQual akan digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan variabel Usability,Information Quality,Service interaction ,menggunakan skala linkert sebagai pengukur skor, dan metode chi square sebagai alat ukur uji dua variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuesioner dari mahaswa ITESA yang berjumlah 127 responden serta 9 mahasiswa dijadikan narasumber untuk wawancara. Dan didapatkan hasil nilai hitung 82,086 lebih besar dari pada nilai tabel 0,05 ; 8 = 12,592 berarti uji hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dapat diterima, yang berarti menyatakan mahasiswa merasa puas terhadap website ITESA Sedangkan dari wawancara mendapatkan hasil bahwa rata-rata narasumber menyatakan puas dengan website ITESA dengan nilai interval paling tinggi sebesar 3,55 dan nilai interval terendah sebesar 1,66. Secara keseluruhan rata-rata mahasiswa ITESA merasa puas terhadap kualitas website ITESA ,Kepada pengembang website ITESA diharapkan meningkatkan kualitas website The Muhammadiyah Semarang Institute of Statistics and Business Technology (ITESA) is a private tertiary institution located in the city of Semarang. To make it easier for students and the public to get the latest information, ITESA has provided a website with the address https://itesa.ac.id/ which was made to provide information about ITESA. This study will analyze student satisfaction with the quality of the ITESA website. The WebQual method will be used in this study with the variables Usability, Information Quality, Service interaction, using the Likert scale as a measure of score, and the chi square method as a measuring tool for testing two variables. This study used questionnaire data from ITESA students, totaling 127 respondents and 9 students were used as resource persons for interviews. And the calculated value of 82.086 is greater than the table value 0.05 ; 8 = 12.592 means that the alternative hypothesis test (Ha) is acceptable, which means that students are satisfied with the ITESA website. Meanwhile, from the interviews, it was found that the average informant stated that they were satisfied with the ITESA website with the highest interval value of 3.55 and the lowest interval value of 1.66. Overall, the average ITESA student is satisfied with the quality of the ITESA website. It is hoped that the ITESA website developer will improve the quality of the website.
