Abstract

Penelitian iini bertujuan untuk menguji idan imanganalisis ipengaruh ikompetensi, ikepribadian i, idan ikepemimpinan imelayani i(servant ileadership) iterhadap ikinerja ipegawai idi iKoperasi iSimpan iPinjam i(Kospin iJasa) iPusat iPekalongan. iJenis idata iyang idigunakan iadalah idata iprimer, iyaitu idata iyang isecara ilangsung idari isumber iasli iberupa ikuesioner. iPopulasi idari ipenelitian iini iadalah iPegawai iKoperasi iSimpan iPinjam i(Kospin iJasa) iPusat iPekalongan. iPengambilan isampel sejumlah 145 responden sidilakukan idengan iteknik isampel ijenuh idengan ijumlah isampel isebanyak i145 iresponden. iData iyang iterkumpul idianalisis idengan imenggunakan ianalisis ifaktor iuntuk imenguji ivaliditas iitem ipernyataan, ipengujian ireliabilitas imenggunakan icroncbach ialpha, idan ipengujian ihipotesis imenggunakan iregresi ilinier iberganda. iPengolahan idata idilakukan idengan iprogram ioutput iSPSS iversi i19. iHasil idari ianalisis idan ipembahasan imenunjukkan ibahwa i: i(1) ikompetensi iberpengaruh ipositif idan isignifikan iterhadap ikinerja ipegawai; i(2) ikepribadian iberpengaruh ipositif idan isignifikan iterhadap ikinerja ipegawai i; i(3) ikepemimpinan imelayani iberpengaruh ipositif idan isignifikan iterhadap ikinerja ipegawai.
