Abstract

Sistem penjualan saat ini sudah bisa memanfaatkan internet sebagai media pemasaran dan promosi. Namun, peneliti masih banyak menemukan kelemahan dalam sistem penjualan karena masih rendahnya pelayanan customer dan lambatnya perkembangan brand. Melihat dari sisi customer, mereka masih kurang mendapatkan informasi mengenai produk dan pelayanan pesanan untuk custom. Sehingga peneliti merancang web based system dengan menerapkan Customer Relationship Management(CRM) menggunakan metode waterfall yang dinilai lebih cocok dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web dikarenakan lebih mudah dalam pengembangan dan evaluasinya. Sistem penjualan berbasis web yang dirancang oleh peneliti ini memiliki beberapa fitur yang mempermudah pemasanan custom dan pemasaran katalog. Sistem penjualan berbasis web ini juga memudahkan pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai suatu produk. ABSTRACT Sales system at this time was able to utilize the internet as a marketing and promotion. However, researchers still find many weaknesses in the system of sale because it is still low costumer service and slow development of the brand. View from the side of the customer, they are still less information regarding the product and services orders for custom. So the researchers devised a web based system by implementing a Customer Relationship Management(CRM) using the waterfall method which is considered more suitable in the development of web-based information system due to easier development and evaluation. Web-based sales system designed by this researcher has some features that make it easy warming a custom and marketing catalog. Web-based sales system is also to facilitate customers in getting information about a product.
