Abstract

Di era sekarang ini, teknologi sangat penting di berbagai negara maju dan berkembang. Organisasi yang relatif besar sangat membutuhkan pengelolaan teknologi informasi yang terkoordinasi, dengan adanya teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kinerja harus selalu dioptimalkan untuk mendapatkan kualitas dan kepuasan kerja yang baik bagi karyawan dan organisasi. Ketelitian dan ketanggapan diperlukan untuk mendapatkan informasi ketika banyak masalah yang perlu diproses untuk mendapatkan solusi yang diperlukan secara efektif dan efisien untuk setiap masalah. Pengukuran kinerja pada Dinas Perhubungan hanya dinilai dan dilihat dalam laporan keuangan yaitu pengukuran kinerja. In the current era, technology is very important in various developed and developing countries. A relatively large organization really needs a coordinated management of information technology, with the existence of information technology can improve the performance of employees. Performance must always be optimized in order to get good quality and job satisfaction for employees and organizations. Accuracy and responsiveness are needed in order to get information when there are many problems that need to be processed in order to get the necessary solutions effectively and efficiently for each problem. Performance measurement at Transportation Service is only assessed and seen in financial reports, which is the performance measurement
